Sorry for some late. I have adjusted “User Level”, “Total Downloads” and “Today’s Downloads” blocks issue from your side. I have also removed Download Time and IP field too from Download History section. The last 5 downloads issue also adjusted.
Now, Can you please elaborate on AVATOR profile image placeholder issue, please. And also do you want to remove the menu Purchases from the dashboard, please clear on this point.
And Please backup the files from plugins\download-manager\src\User\views\dashboard which i have already early mentioned.

I have checked your issue. In the browser console, this error is showing the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) as I image attached,
The 500 code would normally indicate an error on the server, not anything with the code,
It’s mainly due to several factors :
– the CURL extension isn’t installed as it’s required by this plugin
– the allow_fopen instruction is not enabled
– your Memory limit is too low (you will need at least 128M, 64M is pretty low!)
Server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts, so if you have access to your admin panel, try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause…
If that does not resolve the issue, it’s possible that a .htaccess rule could be the source of the problem. To check for this, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and rename the .htaccess file. If you can’t find a .htaccess file, make sure that you have set your SFTP or FTP client to view invisible files.
If you weren’t able to resolve the issue by either resetting your plugins or renaming your .htaccess file, we may be able to help, If you have access to your server error log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check your server error log for any errors that occurred during that time period. If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. For exporting the CSV file, you can’t able to directly import the same CSV file. For that, you may have to follow the bulk import feature https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/, and also you can also follow the Tools > export/import feature of WordPress native use too. I hope it will be worked also.
And For transferring WPDM, you may use a good FTP tool or you can also follow this doc too, https://wordpress.org/support/article/moving-wordpress

Billing Cycle Limit stands for If you want to make your membership product or service for a limited time you can do it with this feature. The members-only can take this limit of membership on your site. After that, the membership will expire. You can put 0 here if the membership you provide is not for a limited amount of time. Otherwise, you should put a value, if you put 1 in Billing Cycle Limit option, For a certain period when the cycle limit is reached the membership will be expired. Then the user again has to renew it. I hope you have understood now.

If you are talking about downloading all PDFs for a package in a zip file, it will not work then. The stamping of PDF files only will work with the individual or single file download. I hope you have understood. please let me know if you have any more query

Sorry for your little inconvenience. For adjusting almost all of your issues, you may have to edit this directory files, plugins\download-manager\src\User\views\dashboard. please check these files according to menu options from the front-end.
