For link-templates you can keep only [title] in your template for package title, you can also clone a link template from your Downloads > Templates section, adjust it and apply it for packages thereby. please let me know if you have more queries

I have found the issue. It was because of conflicting Chunk Upload setting from Basic Settings. I will inform the issue to our developers. After unchecking the Chunk Upload option renaming is working now. please check

Hope you are well. The contents from the download files will show via the the_content() functions through your theme single.php file. If you want to customize the appearance of your single.php file for WPDM files/packages, you can use single-wpdmpro.php file creating from your theme and adjust it as your requirements. please let me know if you have more query

If the interface from Users section is normal, please press Reset Limit For Everyone from Basic settings and save settings again from Download Manager. I hope thus the Users download Limit will also be reset as Basic Setting of Download Manager. please check
