Hope you are well. And sorry for the delay. I am trying to view the download packages pages, but I think any membership plan restricts me to do that. Can you please elaborate on it and please let me know. However, In the meanwhile, I have disabled crop thumbnails from Downloads > Settings > User Interface > Image and views, please check now, if it fixes your issue. please let me know then.
