I Have Paid Pro Subscriptions, but I’m Locked Out

Hello,

Since I don’t have access to the Pro forum, I have to post this here.

When I attempt to access to the Pro forum, this is the message I receive:

My annual subscription payments (for WPDM Pro and AWS S3) have been completed. I have been charged but I’ve lost access.

Please explain.

Yes, it’s been resolved. I tired of awaiting a reply here on the free forum, so I reached out via live chat. Tanvir resolved the issue. All he told me was it had to do with a technical issue — I have no idea what that was.

What hasn’t been addressed is this: While I appreciate your products and don’t mind paying the annual subscription, why have I experienced problems with the renewal each year??
