The package master URLs you have shared both are premium packages, for premium packages you have to purchase the package first then you will have access to downloading the files, so from the basic condition, the master URL will not work for them. For the general packages, the master URL will work fine. I hope you have understood now. please check.

The feature you are talking about is working properly from my side with the latest version. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please let me know then.

I have checked your issue. The issue confliction is appearing from your active theme. When I have switched the theme to another everything is working properly. Is there any restriction or settings has been adjusted that cause ajax submission from your theme. please check and let me know

I have checked that, by default normally, your site is not sending emails. For adjusting this you may have to use the WP Mail SMTP plugin, I have checked that you are using the plugin already. Have you configured the settings properly, please check this article too
