Hope you are well. If you are using CPanel you can delete the folder temporarily sending it to the trash for checking if the folder doesn’t cause any break to the site. I hope it will not cause any crashes to the site. please check.

I have found your issue. After deactivating some plugins, the open-in-a-new tab feature was working properly. Now checking for which plugin causing the issue. activating them one by one, suddenly activating one plugin causes your site down. can you please check? you are also able to check by enabling/disabling them which is causing the issue. please let me know then.
