I have checked your issue. There are many plugins activated on your side. The shortcode [wpdm_tree] is working properly from our testing site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know then.
