You can edit WPDM pages by editing/creating the single-wpdmpro.php file copying the single.php file. You can also edit WPDM pages contents by editing the active page templates for that package from Downloads > Templates > Page Template. please check and let me know, if you have further queries.

If you are trying to customize the WPDM package page, you can copy your active theme single.php file, and adjust it naming single-wpdmpro.php file. Thus you will be able to do without the logo and menu bar) and without the different information. And for the second issue, if possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue?
