It is working on latest version too. I have checked from the testing site. If you permit me, am i able to check disabling one by one other plugins for testing and switchng theme for checking if there any conflicts. Please kindly check and let me know.

The WPDM Archive Page add on is not install/active on your site. If you have faced any issue for updating your add-on or plugin please download your plugin from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases,
And update manually from the wp-admin dashboard Plugins > Add New option. I hope, thus it will resolve your issue. For the Download > Settings > Updates option will may not work properly for some server settings. please kindly check and let me know, if you have any queries.

For closing modal clicking on dark background is working properly as expected for both login and popup link in our testing site. am i able to check disabling one by one other plugins for testing and switchng theme for checking if there any conflicts. Please kindly check and let me know.
