Ow, I see. You didn’t purchased the add-on yet. However, the appearance of shortcode comes with WPDM Archive Page add-on/plugin, you need to purchase the add-on/plugin. Please kindly check.

Yes, I am guessing so, the template maybe creating the issue or if database info update manually also can create this problem. If possible you can reset the database of WPDM thus the issue may get resolve. Please kindly check.

It is looping through by WP_Query() and for it by default it is sorting by,

orderby = 'date'
order = 'DESC'

[wpdm_my_downloads login=1] shortcode doesn’t have any parameter like wpdm_category order_by=”publish_date” order=”desc”. The shortcode appearance is now what is available params in add-on documentation. Please kindly check and let me know, if you have any queries more.
