Can you please check creating a new package, and attach the file to it? As you have updated your WPDM PRO plugin to the latest version, can you please also update your additional add-on to the latest version? I also think it may be a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, You may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know

Hope you are well. For updating the WPDM plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel.
For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads -> Settings -> License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated, hope that, it will solve your issue.
If still, the problem exists then you can also manually update the plugin

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have tested uploading a file to your Amazon S3 storage folder called TESTS_TNS and also creating, and attaching the file to the package, and after deleting the package file doesn’t delete from the TESTS_TNS folder. Can you please check again and elaborate on the issue? please check and let me know

I have checked your issue, and I have also checked that I can’t able to create a package as a normal package attaching the file, the file after selecting is not being attached. I have also checked the normal options are not found in your Downloads > Amazon S3 interface as I image attached,
I think it may be a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know

For the ‘File Not Found’ message, can you please check if the file attached exists or not to the related packages? It should work properly if you have already attached files to the related package. please check and let me know

I have checked your issue. I have checked to copy the same setting as your PDF stamper has been set in our testing site. But it is working properly in our testing site from the latest versions. I think it can be a server issue too. can you please share the log error that appeared for the critical error? please contact your server administrator or you can also share your log error details here. please check and let me know
