For issue #1, I think you have customized the PHP file. And it should work as expected without modification.
And for issue #2, I have removed the My Downloads tab from the menu with the below code from your Customizer > Additional CSS

I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. If you permit me I can also do that for checking. please check and let me know

And for the registration issue, does it conflict with any other plugins for the issue? you are also capable of enabling/disabling other plugins to check the issue. It can also have conflict with the active theme too. please check and let me know
