You can switch theme for a moment for checking if the theme is conflicting with admin UI, please kindly clear your site cache, you can also check browser console log if any message is coming while visting admin pages of WPDM, please also check the plugins conflict if it is happening from there. And URL parameter changes to wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=wpdm-settings&tab=wpdmui, while visiting User Interace. Please kindly check and let me know.

I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

Please keep such this way wp-content/themes/ACTIVE_THEME/download-manager/all-packages-shortcode.php for overwriting the file from your active theme, I hope it should work properly then. And for admin menu issue, please deactivate > Delete and reinstall the WPDM plugin again, I hope it will fix the issue then. Please kindly check.

Really sorry for the inconveneince. Such similar of your issue didn’t happend to other users. There maybe a conflict somewhere, we generally not keep older versions in archive for usage. If possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue?
