I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

For watermark, the feature is working properly from our testing site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking. Please check and let me know. And for your PDF stamper with woocommerce please attach from your product the master download URL of WPDM packages as I images attached,
