I have checked your issue. It is working properly from our testing site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check and let me know then.

Sorry I have forgot your issue checking as the last reply was mine. I thought it was pending from your reply. However, for the issues, The file deleting issue for dropzone, we have fixed it for the next update. And logged in as user, the dropzone upload don’t work, I can’t able to test from your site, added a new user, but showing Pending Review status,unable to approve with my role. Ok, now, got the problem. If you are using the free version of WPDM and using the default template, you can edit the link-template-default.php file. you can edit it from download-manager\src\Package\views\link-templates dir. For making backup your file you may follow this doc,

When you are using [wpdm_package id='8537'] shortcode you are using a link-template, you have to modify the link template for deactivating or remove the link. Please kindly check my above replies too.
