I have checked issue related of your two files,

But I can’t able to access download button, So I have created a new package, https://resources.advisorsexcel.com/resource/wpdm-test/, with administrator allowance, the download limit working properly here in this package. I can’t able to also check Download Limit column from WP-ADMIN > All Users section . This is not appearing with my role access. Please kindly check and let me know.

The Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch (where the response is returned to) has to be registered in the APIs console, and the error is indicating that you haven’t done that, or haven’t done it correctly.

Go to the console for your project and look under API Access. You should see your client ID & client secret there, along with a list of redirect URIs. If the URI you want isn’t listed, click edit settings and add the URI to the list.
