As you are uploading a very large file please try uploading with FTP and then attached the file to the package. If the file is not corrupted on the server, also check the file size. Or please send login in private to check.

Hi,

Seems like you are using the latest version of WordPress with the old version of the plugin. As you update the core it is recommended to update your plugin and add-ons. Otherwise, it will have compatibility issue with the latest version.
Also, Please check your PHP error log on the server, if any error available on this.

Please copy the template from plugins/download-manager/tpls/link-templates/link-template-default.php to your active-theme/download-manager/link-template-default.php and change line 8 <div><strong>[download_link_extended]</strong></div> with <div><strong><a target="_blank" href="[download_url]">Download</a></strong></div>

So you want to show a message afterward a file is removed that user needs to update the package in order to make changes. It’s default that after any changes to a post user need to update it. It can be normal blog post/page. But we will look into this.

Hi,

This problem only exists with verse theme. Maybe your theme that is not compatible with the wpdm plugin function.
There is a possibility that the theme is making static sites with the function code which generates the sign in the frontend.

Please send WordPress admin login and ftp info in private reply to check the error.
