download count is not increasing

I’m using URL for downloads in Packages and it was working when I started working on this plug-in.
However, Now I realized that from about 6 months Download count is not increasing and it stay still as 0 when I made the last available upgrade to Version 4.6.9.
P.S: packages access are restricted to specific groups of users.

Hi,

Seems like you are using the latest version of WordPress with the old version of the plugin. As you update the core it is recommended to update your plugin and add-ons. Otherwise, it will have compatibility issue with the latest version.
Also, Please check your PHP error log on the server, if any error available on this.

Hello,
we were using the last available WPDM for us, because we bought the Pro version for 1 year, so that we can’t upgrade to last version now until we pay back again.. and the issue is the you are asking for the same price for upgrade/new purchase and that’s not fair!
for PHP errors I’ve check and there’s no errors.

Yes, that’s correct. As our pricing policy, you will get one year support and update for the pro version. As you have upgraded the core and want to get support its necessary to reissue the membership to pro version. We are happy to support you with that.
