In the membership plans billing details, you can put billing cycle limit to 1 and also you can put membership time on for everyfield. So, the membership will cancel after the days/weeks/months/years in the payment recurring days. Also, if you put 0 in the billing cycle limit then it will renew membership for unlimited time. As you put 1, then it will only 1 billing cycle, after that membership will be canceled. more details here.

As the user registered you can’t disable the account. But the user can log in anytime and reorder the membership if they want to.

Please follow the below process to update your plugin. (No data will be lost, As it is saved in the database)

Please download the latest version from the purchase area.

Either do with FTP:
– First Unzip the plugin.
– Open FTP (FileZilla)
– Upload the folder download-manager to /wp-content/plugins, a pop up will show and will ask you to overwrite files, choose yes.

Or,
From admin panel. Go to Dashboard Plugins
– Deactivate and Delete the existing one from the website.
– Upload and activate the latest one.

Also, provide the license key in private reply to unlock it.

Please check the package which you created with the frontend that the upload file is inside the package. The file not found error occurs when there’s no file found in the package. If the is missing then there might be an upload issue with your site. Please send login in private reply to check.

Please uncheck the All visitor access from the category, then use the package access setting, if any package you want to be accessible by all user, just put all visitor in the allow access field in the package settings. For the other package that you want to restrict, use subscriber as the allow access field. Here, the category access overrides the single package access.

As you say, if any user removed any documents and saved the post, the post will be saved. But there will be no download file. You just need to attach a file to a package. You can also create a blank package without any file. But as you are saying it not the feature as excepted can you please elaborate more?
