file-not-found.txt when trying to download a file

I am trying to upload a file from the front-end & when the admin tries to download any file from the backend it shows me file-not-found.txt file, not the real file. Please tell me is there any access_level issue or any permission issues?

Hi,

Please check the package which you created with the frontend that the upload file is inside the package. The file not found error occurs when there’s no file found in the package. If the is missing then there might be an upload issue with your site. Please send login in private reply to check.
