You can use separate column in the csv file for term lock content as terms_title, terms_conditions and terms_check_label.
You need to create the new column with that name and put your content for any package.

You can use link template (package details button) with the package shortcode to show your downloads on a page. Then the user can click on the details button to get into the single package page and download. Or
You can use Lazy Download, which offers you to redirect download to a different page and user needs to wait certain time period before download.

But there is no feature to redirect to same download details page from package page when user clicks on download. If you want custom modification please send details to customize@wpdownloadmanager.com

There is some compatibility issue with the latest version of PHP. You can try switching the version to 7.0.* or 5.6.*
Also if there any PHP error log on the server, please share.

With the WPDM – File Cart Add-on user can,
– Select a single file from multiple packages
– Download all selected file from the cart page

user can’t
– Download multiple files from multiple packages as one package/checkout

It does not add functionality to download the selected file from a single package.

Seems like there is a duplicate version of plugin that conflicting. Try login with FTP and file manager and delete the download-manager folder from plugins and reinstall and activate it.
