In our inspection we found that the “Link Template” dropdown is working properly with out any issue. Please check this.
Can you please let us know on which page you are facing the dropdown loading issue?
Also, there is no WPDM – Default Values

Your website is showing an error like this and inaccessible.
However, make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directly from the WordPress dashboard, Please update manually by uploading these plugins. It should solve the issue.
