Please update your WPDM copy to the latest version 6.4.0 from here as well as the Advanced TinyMCE button add-on to 2.9.0.
Let me know if that solves your critical error on this website issue or not.
Also, please don’t use the above-mentioned shortcode since you are not using the WPDM Directory Add-on. That was for Hendrik Debeuf.

The accordion issue will be adjusted in the next WPDM Accordion add-on update which will release today or within this week.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the latest version 6.0.4 of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. please update them, or you can download them from here.
I hope it will work fine then. if it doesn’t work, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

If you are using the latest version of WPDM Directory Add-on then please follow this in order to use the latest updated shortcode.
Example correct shortcode: [wpdm_archive button_style=”default” template=”link-template-default-ext” cols=”1″ items_per_page=”10″ order=”asc”]

You are using an older shortcode that’s why it’s showing like that.
The correct shortcode should be like the below now.
[wpdm_archive button_style="default" template="link-template-default" cols=1 items_per_page="9" orderby="title" order="ASC]

If you have updated to the WPDM Pro latest version and WPDM- Archive Page add-on to the latest version then it should solve the issue.
Also, the latest version comes with optimizations, bug fixes and security patches. So, I recommend you use it. However, the latest add-ons are also optimized to work with the latest version of WPDM Pro.
So, please share your related file/package URL, if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details and URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
If you still need the older version then please download version 5.4.1 from here.
One more thing, please open a separate support topic with your own issue in the future so that we can track and give you a better solution.

Yes, it should.
After upload, update and then visit the package for the first time then the package should calculate size automatically.
