If you use WPDM free version then you have to customize the related template file by following the below link. Where the associated file is this.
However, with the WPDM Pro, you can do it easily by following this screencast.

It seems you are using a custom .htacess file. Can you please try after using the default WordPress .htacess?
Default .htacess can be found here.
Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

plugin was causing the issue. We have deactivated it and it’s working fine now.

I just deactivated and then reactivated the plugin, and then tested with an order. Everything worked well.
Please check the most recent order details and it’s showing order details properly.
