Due to different time zone, it’ll be difficult to use Team Viewer.
However, it will be very cooperative if you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue and squash it immediately.

Glad to hear that you fund the plugin. In the latest version codebase has been rebuilt from the ground.
So, sometimes other plugins may prevent download functionality.

If you use WPDM free version then you have to customize the related template file by following the below link. Where the associated file is this.

However, with the WPDM Pro, you can do it easily by following this screencast.

It seems you are using a custom .htacess file. Can you please try after using the default WordPress .htacess?
Default .htacess can be found here.
Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

We found a plugin conflict.
The Plugin Organizer plugin was causing the issue. We have deactivated it and it’s working fine now.

I just deactivated and then reactivated the plugin, and then tested with an order. Everything worked well.
Please check the most recent order details and it’s showing order details properly.
Have a look at this.
However, You should check now by placing a new order now and then let us know about it.

Thank you for the clarification.
1. It’ll be fixed in the next update.
3. You have to disable it using CSS or by editing the relevant template file.
4. Please use the below add-on then remove All Visitor and then assign corresponding user roles who should be able to access the package after the login.
