However, make sure that there is enough disk space and memory on the webserver to unzip and upload the contents of the zip file PHP memory limit: 256M
and Upload max filesize: 128M
.
The last solution is you can upload the plugin in /wp-content/plugins/
via FTP.

It seems the issue is occurring due to your custom role capabilities/permissions.
Can you please set the proper permission and then let us know about it.
However, if still, the issue exists then please give the above-mentioned account admin privilege so that I can log in again as I have changed the capabilities for testing.
Also, you are using an older version of WPDM Pro. Please update it to the latest version which is right now 6.0.8

since WPDM is using Bootstrap.
However, you can overwrite it using nested CSS classes.

In my inspection, we found that you are using a very older version of WPDM Pro. The latest version is right now 6.0.8
. Please update it, or you can download them from here. It’ll enable the option.

We found that the errors are generating due to the [image_gallery_400x400x4]
tag.
We suggest you do not use [image_gallery_400x400x4]
except you are attaching only images, you can use file_list_extend
instead.

Also, you don’t need to uninstall/reinstall the plugin how but if you do so it will not harm your settings.
However, currently changing the thumbnail in the Video Preview Template is not possible.

It varies based on your servers max allocation size availability. As much as you can allocate will be fine.
However, I recommend going with at least 256M/512M
if possible.

Make sure that you are using the latest free version of the WPDM which is right now 3.2.15
.
Also, the downloads are working fine via chrome in the Samsung browser.
