Make sure that you are using the WPDM least version. Deactivate and then reinstall the WPDM plugin first.

Can you please clear your browser, website and caches if you have any?

Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well.

We have released the WPDM Pro and Premium package add-on update.

First of all update both of them and enable Downloads>Settings>Premium Package>Purchase Settings>Allow users to play mp3 files before purchase.

Also, enable Authorize MasterKey to download premium packages too located under Downloads>Settings>Premium Package>Frontend Settings.
