Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I’m not sure if I fully understood your question. Could you please provide more details of your requirement? If you could provide some screenshots/screencasts, that would help greatly.
I’d like to let you know, that we request screenshots/screencasts as they really help us understand customer issues precisely and avoid confusion/misunderstanding. This makes it easier to understand, debug, and resolve an issue ASAP. In most cases, the written description leads us nowhere and we have to constantly ask for more details.
Though the screenshot/screencasts requirement might not make any sense from your perspective, we request that only to serve our customers faster and better.
Thanks for understanding!
Hello @david-franzkeadvisorsexcel-com,

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Please change the file browser root
by following this reference screenshot which should resolve your issue: https://jmp.sh/8QuvgGb
The account login credentials you shared previously don’t have admin access, So I failed to check it appropriately.
I hope the above information will work for you.
Let me know how it goes.
Hello @tristant,
Thank you for being so cooperative.
Let me clarify your query,
First of all, you can’t pass multiple parent category in this [wpdm_archive button_style=”primary” template=”link-template-default” category=”ctp, label-packaging-resource” order_by=”post_title” order=”ASC” items_per_page=12 cols=1]
shortcode.
You can pass only one category value mentioned in the documentation that use any category slug here if you want to create an archive page for that category or don’t use the parameter
.
However, if you want to show a sidebar, assign a child category under a parent category which should resolve your issue.
Please feel free to let us know if you need more clarification.
Thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for your cooperation.
We are currently checking your issue.
We will let you know about it once we have an update.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Auto-install sometimes fails due to auth error or server file permission issue, however, you always can download any add-on from
https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases and install.
Also, after updating both of the plugins if still the problem exists then can you please perform the below steps as the redirection is working fine in our test environment.
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen
, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
Please let me know how that goes.
Thank you for the login credentials.
I have checked your website, and you are using an older version of the WPDM and WPDM Archive add-on.
Please update your copy to the latest version, which should resolve the issue.
You can download the updated version from here.
Feel free to reach back and report your findings.

Hello,
Thank you for writing back to us.
We are not sure about this as you can see the required files are not loading from the server. Also, you can check with a different server whether a similar issue is occurring or not.
It will be cooperative if you get in touch with the server admin and then let us know their findings.

Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
We have debugged your referred issue further and found that the issue is occurring due to your server blocking access to WPDM asset files like https://www-staging.ffa.int/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/assets/js/wpdm-admin.js
.
Please have a look at this reference screenshot: https://jmp.sh/GW8OiVL
Please consult your hosting provider regarding this to get more details about the blocking.

Hello @david-franzkeadvisorsexcel-com,
Thank you for writing back to us.
Have you tried a different PPT file to check whether the issue is appearing or not?
However, We’ll need to take a closer look to see why this might be happening. But, this might take a little longer. Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?
Here is what you can do to check:
3. Try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems.
If you are not sure how to go about it, we’ll be glad to help. Please share your website credentials as mentioned below so that we can take a look and help you asap.
