However, you can check our Premium Package add-on which may partially fulfil your requirements, still, it requires customization

Thank you for the clarification.

Based on the scenario, you can follow the below steps.

1. Set When a user is not allowed to download as Hide Everything. Here’s the reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/j5K1gwpmy382

2. Set category access accordingly in the Category section by following this: https://prnt.sc/U4eCCOERkHxK

Also, ensure that the Package access setting is empty here: https://prnt.sc/RYFvFPS4MunU.

Example valid shortcode structure: [wpdm_archive button_style="primary" template="link-template-default" category="label-packaging-resource" order_by="post_title" order="ASC" items_per_page=12 cols=1]

About the upload size issue, some other plugins may be conflicting. Please try after disabling other third-party plugins.

Also, please try one more time after deactivating the Chunk Upload option. Here’s the reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/-7KPnebm_XmT.

Regarding the Downloads > All Packages and click on a package (any package) issue.

I have checked your website, and it appears that several files are not loading from your server and throwing 500 (Internal Server Error).

Here is what you can do to check:

1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.

2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

​3. Try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.

If the problem still exists, please get in touch with your server admin regarding the 500 (Internal Server Error).

We’ll need to take a closer look to see why this might be happening. But, this might take a little longer. Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?

Here is what you can do to check:
