As I see in the screenshot, you are using WPDM V5.4.1
, so auto-update may not work with this older version.
Also, the license key may fail as license server parameters are probably changed now due to the old version.
So, in this case you might need to manually download and install the latest version from here.
After that, re-apply the license again by following the below link.

We’ll need to take a closer look to see why this might be happening. But, this might take a little longer. Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one
, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
3. Try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems.

We have reviewed your requirements and the way you want to automatically fill custom data requires code customisation.
Using custom fields you can add as many custom fields as you want but those data has to be inserted each time the author creating a package.
Further automation requires custom coding.
