The code you have applied will not clear the old one, but, it will not set any new cookies.

It appears that you are using an older version of the WPDM Pro and WPDM Archive add-on plugin.

Can you please update the plugins to the latest version which is right now 6.2.6 for WPDM Por and 4.4.5 for the Archive add-on to check whether the issue is getting resolved or not?

We send a renewal reminder notice before the process.

However, Please send an order note from the order details page to disable auto-renewal.

However, it seems old cookies are still existing.

In this case, can you please completely remove all/previous cookies and check further?

In this case, Here is what you can do to check:

1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.

2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

​3. Try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.

If still, the problem exists then please provide us with some additional details like screenshots or screencasts to reproduce the issue or represent to us what is happening so that we can investigate further from here.

In our testing environment for the cloud storage, multi-package download is not working and we have tested several times after your report.

Can you please try once after re-adding the dropbox files?

Also, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this.

Here is what you can do to check:

1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.

The Aetna tabs are working because they are not added from dropbox/cloud storage.
