We have tested your reported issue in our testing environment and it appears that it’s working fine.
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one
, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
3. Try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.
If still, the problem exists then please share your website credentials in a private reply as mentioned below so that we can take a look and help you asap.

Auto-install sometimes fails due to auth error or server file permission issue, however, you can always download any add-on from
and install.
The Zoho API error may occur due to caching or database glitches.
On your last attempt when you inserted the key, it got saved in the database and when you reinstalled it fetched the key and acquired the correct key from there.

Unfortunately, as of now, there is no such option in the plugin, however, WPDM is adding a minimal amount of CSS and JS.
Also, you can still disable them totally from WPDM UI settings and implement your own custom CSS/JS.
