I see that you have uploaded the files from Amazon S3. If you upload files from any cloud storage, you will have to manually give the file size. For entering file size please go to “edit file>Package Settings>File Size” and enter the file size there. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/juhi3c.

1. Though the footer widgets are with the theme framework, We didn’t implement the footer widget here. So you can’t use the footer widgets.
2. We will fix the related download problem in the next update. If you need to fix this now, please follow this steps:
i) Go to your ‘WordPress installation directory’/themes/centric
ii) Then open the file single-wpdmpro.php
iii) Go to line number 75 and add ‘//’ before the line “echo wpdm_similar_packages(get_the_ID(), 8);”
