hi, the download issue probably because of your server settings. As it is working perfectly everywhere else. It could work just fine to your live server. Let me know when you more it from dev to live. I’ll check it there if you still face any issue.
yes, its possible, you just type a message (support html) in that box and it will show at front-end for login protected files
please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com to check your issue.
Hi,
you can modify the option from download manager settings page editing “Login Required Message”
@furiousfrog,
if you need it immediately please contact to support@wpdownloadmanager.com
it is not in folder, it is in mysql database, table name is “wp_ahm_download_stats”
I replied “please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com to check your issue”. Those are server specific issue because of error reporting level. All those are simply notice. But if you want to resolve it yourself, please add following code on top of download-manager.php
error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE);
here /wp-content/themes/wpdm-boot/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.css
1) please use the short-code [wpdm_cart] in any page or post content to show the cart.
2) from wp-admin Downloads Settings Premium Files tab, select “Cart Page” = the page you used in step 1
3) Use the short-code [my-orders] in any page or post content to show/list orders for logged-in users.
4) from wp-admin Downloads Settings Premium Files tab, select “Order Page” = the page you used in step 3
yes, that can be done editing “Login Required Message” in download manager settings page
change the parameter value for items_per_page=1000 or something bigger in category short-code. Additionally you can use the add-on here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ for generating short-codes
actually you need to create register/signup link separately, wpdm pro don’t have it integrated.
@plazmatic07googlemailcom, to hide “loading…” text please enable css from download manager settings front-end css tab
there is no filesize limit from plugin. it could be from your server. you may need to increase max file size in server settings ( in php.ini file, option post_max_file and upload_max_filesize )
create a link template following instructions here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/integrated-templates/
then create a package and select the link template for that package ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/adding-new-package/ ).
yes, simply use template tag [download_link] with link template and use the link template for your packages
please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com to check your issue.
use template tag [download_link] with link template to allow direct download from link template
please send your license key and new domain name to support@wpdownloadmanager.com
yes, you can upgrade. You can use the existing packages with pro too.
