I got it now. in last update of the add-on , the option arrangement a bit changed. you can manage user roles from here: Admin Menu Downloads Settings User Roles Tab ( …………../wp-admin/admin.php?page=file-manager/settings&tab=user-roles )

we are working on it. from version 3.3.5.rc1 you set your own app id, but we are still optimizing it and final result will be with 3.3.5 ( coming in few days)

release v3.3.5.rc2, please get it and update your copy. if still show 404 error for custom post type, just go to admin menu settings permalink and click save button for once. that will resolve all of you issues.
