Okay now, after i’ve updated the archive page add-on.
The issue was due to js errors coming from other plugins, however, after deactivating the cache plugin it is working fine, please exclude the live chat room window excluded from the cache.

Multi-file downloads are working fine. You simply need to attach the file using the server file browser ( as server path ) instead of using the media library button ( where they attach as URL ).
I forgot, with video player active, there is another option, selection hide everything from wpdm settings:

And you need to create a dir named wpdm-file-type-icons inside /wp-content/uploads/ dir and add your file type icons, all icons should be in SVG format.
In that case, updating wpdm will not erase your icons.

You don’t need to update your main plugin to pro, but need to update add-ons to the latest version, then it will work.
May you please reactive the login info for once again. I need to check the thumb function again, we have added some additional improvement on our site, I want to check it in your setup and update wpdm there, so that you don’t face any trouble in future updates.
