Actually not clear why you need contact form 😀 , here is lots of way to contact, you can use the live chat option or the form with live chat when they are offline or you can post in forum or you can mail to support@wpdownloadmanager.com.

You can buy pro + create your own add-on do that additional tasks, but we don’t suggest to customize core files, as that may block you from future updates.
