if you have 2 different url for site url and home url , such issue may happen, in that case, need to replaec site_url with home_url from modules/canonical-url.php or just send temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, support team will do that for you.

in that case, please use “Link Template Default” or create a new link template, and for 60×60 thumnail, you need to use [thumb_60x60], to change items per page you need to edit /plugins/wpdm-archive-page/wpdm-archive-page.php

it will happen if you are using block hotlink add-on. Block hot link add-on block direct access to download link. You need to deactivate block hotlink add-on in that case.
