I just checked, I see there was 10 package in v4, anyhow I migrated those into v4.
actually it should zip all files inside that dir, but if your cache dir is not writable, download will fail with 0b, please check /download-manager/cache/ dir permission, make it 777. or send me ftp info i’ll check everything there and set it up for you.

ok now, anyhow the problem was, somehow in your installation when it was opening with modalbox, document ready callback function was not firing. anyhow I remove that ready state check and it is working fine now, anyhow it is total installation specific issue not generic. any other plugin which are installed in your site could cause this js issue.
