looks like it is something with your theme actually, anyhow please update to wpdm pro v4, there is no such issue with v4 as its using custom post type.

the error says file is not uploaded successfully, give me ftp info to plugins dir and wp-admin login info, I’ll do that for you.
if you re-install v3 all files should be there. deleting plugin doesn’t delete data. anyhow you can download v4 from order details page after login. give me a wp-admin login info to check the current status.

it is something related to your server, probably server is not allowing the function “session_srart” to create tmp file, please ask your hosting/server support, it need to be done from their side 🙂
