you can use delete permanently with latest update of wpdm pro. but don’t pro never deletes any file, it could be something with your server.

Looks like your support & update period ( 1 year after purchase ) for pro is expired.

It is working fine now, your server was not support “fopen” and now I’ve changed it with “readfile”

1) to remove icon issue, please rename xlsx_mac.png with xlsx.png in dir /plugins/download-manager/file-type-icons/32x32/
2) To hide the popup simply need to click on trigger link again, though, I’ll add a close button on next update
