I meant, nothing to change in wpdm pro. please ask “WPUF Custom Fields” plugin developer to resolve the issue/conflict.
sometime when 0 , counts show blank. but it will be recorded whenever someone downloads a file.

looks like a javascript conflict with your theme and it probably happening because your theme is old version of jquery and which is not right way to use.

icon is not linked there. only download link will work for the add-on.
WPDM Pro has option to block mail domains, you can use that option to block fake/temporary/disposable email addresses. Also you can ask for email and name, send download link to their inbox rather than instant download.
