actually file size doesn’t matter for wpdm pro, but sometime when you download a file through php script, it may fails for verious reason related to server, like con lost/timeour, php function support. from front-end subscriber also should able to do everything like admin except server file browser access. Simple front-end uplaod form add-on is mostly ready, we are trying to release it within next week. The delay, because, We have added many feature with that add-on, using the add-on, an user will be able to build a file hosting site easily.

no such specific RAM requirement, it totally depends on your package creation, if you create a package with many files, when you try to downlaod, wpdm need to make a zip from those files on the file, which requires cache memory same as total file size attached with that package. If you still didn’t get it working, please give me the package URL and temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply, I’ll check.
