Though, It looks like pretty unlogic, actually, WordPress did this in that way, the code is directly coming from wordpress api. but if we add a loop and show total count in top level category, even though there no package assigned, when you click top category, no package will be show, even though you are seeing a count to child category, so the best solution is, if you want to see the count, when you are adding a package for sub category, also assign it to parent category.

ok now. it was a javascript conflict. so resolve it, I’ve edited download-manager/templates/link-template-default.php, replace [downlaod_link] tag with [download_link_extended]

the problem is the conflict with “option-tree” , we are checking it in details. update is coming soon.

it is not a bug, the count only show the package count of the specific category excluding subcats.

It may happen if your server doesn’t support output buffering or you are using multiple file package with lots file ( but your server don’t have enough memory to handle it ) or /downlaad-manager/cache/ dir is not writable, but I need to check it to explain it more specifically.
