Please download it from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases and update, sometime it happens due to license validation with wpdm pro and your server firewall.

If, your are seeing the following error:

That means, zlibs is not working or not well configured in your server, you need to contact your server support.

At this moment, there is no such option with wpdm to filter unlinked files, however, it is noted for implementation.
