then probably is just your firewall blocking http://www.wpdownloadmamager.com from validating license key, may you please ask your hosting support to unlock the domain from their firewall, or please give me temporary wp-amdin login info, I’ll do a manual activation there.

@HUB, I’ve tested bulk import myself in your installation. May you please tell me the process of regenerating issue.

For locked file when user uses any unlock option, as temporary download link and the link will expire after 3 times, otherwise they will able to share the link without any limit.
