I see for some packages you selected different icon, now there is no other way than re-selecting the right icon from edit package window that you want to show at front-end.

1. No limitation there actually, plugin can handle any number of files
2. Default upload location is /download-manager-files/, so when you upload all files will go there automatically.
3. to delete or edit the files using ftp you will need root permission, however it is not related with wpdm, but it is related with your server file permission settings.

You can delete files using file manager add-on.

When you activate premium package add-on ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/premium-package/ ) , you will see option to add premium with your package and at front-end you will see add to cart button with price for the packages with price > 0.

I just tested, emailed link is working fine, but it will expire after it is used for 3 times, otherwise users will be able to share it publicly.

Ops I got confused, I though you were also using our membership add-on, so may you please explain how you wanted it here, please show me with example url

drop box opening as viewer because direct download link of dropbox expires in 4 hours. Anyhow from dropbox page user can download it. Anyhow when you upload file using wpdm, wpdm puts the files in a http access protected directory, that anyhow just can’t go there and download it.

individual file titles and passwords can’t be imported through csv importer.

I see, it is a multi-site setup, in multi-site, need network admin login to check a plugin or theme, also you need to activate plugins from sub site, network activation will not work properly.

any other active plugin was outputting a line break on init at wp-admin which was causing the issue with file name, now I’ve trimmed the file name in wpdm-start-download.php and it is working fine 🙂
