Seems like imagick installed and active, but not working properly. as code is terminating at $image = new imagick($source); , however, you need to discus it with your hosting support, why it is not working properly when imagick is already installed and active. Probably some issue with their setup.
It looks like your theme is already using bootstrap, please disable the bootstrap css and js from wpdm settings, then menu will work fine again.
