Actually you achieve same goal in a different way, you can apply form lock using same form for all those package you want to lock, then put them in same category,  now use category short, so in front-end users will see separate download buttons form all those packages and then will be asked to fill the same form when they click on any download button.

Id of that field is src,  you can apply new style using ID. However, we are coming with better templating option with the next update of that add-on.

License key and AWS both seems same issue. either cURL is not working properly or your server firewall is blocking remote connection. However I’ve activate license manually. But for AWS issue, please contact your server support, as the issue is , it is hanging on “HTTP/Curl”  connection  with AWS.

You license key is active and open, it should work fine. May you please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check, Also please check if cURL is not active in your server.

Actually we didn’t optimize author dashboard section for mobile device, however if you think you need it in mobile device too, we shall adjust it with the next update.
