If you use https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-custom-fields/, you will see which user downloaded which file from Admin Menu Downloads Subscribers . Yes, you can select option to start download immediately after user submits the form.

But, wpdm actually has nothing to do with that, if you miss some files when deploying to production. As long as uploaded file in right place, download will work fine.

I am not seeing truncated text in that page, however, it is controllable from link template, you can use [description] tag instead of [except_100] tag, but no ready option to use more...  to show/hide long description.

I see you applied email lock and it is working. However,  if you are still having issue with other lock options please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply, I shall check that for you.

It is because they are same categories and html container with same IDs. you can not use the short-code more than once in a page.

Deactivate wp rocket and try. I checked deactivating wp rocket and then it works fine, also it is working fine after I clear cache:

something when wrong with your deployment process, probably you missed to copy all files in /uploads/download-manager-files/

To fix it, you simply need to put missing files in that dir.

Please use flaturl=0 with short-code to avoid the issue:

It seems like an wp rocket cache issue, working fine after I cleared cache.

No other option for now, but in next update we shall adjust it.
