I’ve updated plugin, everything should work fine now, the issue was with incorrect plugin dir name. Speeds looks ok now.

It is happening because your php version is lower than 5.4. Please upgrade your php version to 5.4 or higher. Also plugin dir name should be download-manager, now it is download-manager1

If you added remote URLs in your package zip download will not work, as files need to be in same server to create zip.
